His leg is too limp for the fish hook. (His foot comes up but his knee is still on the ground) Bite over his ankle and drag. Ideally you want your CALF TO BITE HIS ANKLE AS TIGHT AS POSSIBLE. Use your hand to shove it in there deep if you want to. His foot is trapped in the crook of your knee.

The Trap and Roll escape is best because it puts you on top. But if you cannot get it, use the elbow escape to get the guard. Although not as dominant as the mount, you can neutralize the punches from the guard, exhaust your opponent, and win the fight.
