Giant Killer

BG is using his body weight to crush you; his head is by yours.

    Pinch your legs high on his back and extend him, push the head to one side, outside foot on ground and shrimp, far.

    Step the unweighted foot on his hip, then the other.
  3. 3
    Grab his arm with both hands.
  4. 4
    Retract the opposite leg (the leg that is opposite from the arm you are holding) and shoot it in to lock the triangle setup position

Jiu Jitsu Drill: Practice all variations of the punch block series 1-4 with both variations of the triangle choke

Work on perfecting the triangle choke. It his highly proven and will save your life. Make sure you block the punches first. Once you lock the choke be patient and give it a chance to work by using a prolonged squeeze instead of burning up your energy in a fast-explosive choke.
