Armlock From The Mount - Standard Variation

BG extends his arms when mounted (push or choke). Go around the arm you want to break. Both hands on the chest and put weight on him. Step up with the other leg, foot on the floor and invert and open the knee to lean south. Top leg spins around and sit on the ground close to him. (As soon as you leg clears the head, sit straight down). Land sitting up and pull the arm with your back strength.

  • Note: only use this variation when BG’s hands are above your chest when he pushes
  • Also practice this with BG shooting only one arm up at a time
