The goal in jiu jitsu is to take the fight to the ground. This is one of the easiest and most effective ways to do that.
Key points: Control the clinch, hips close, setup step between his legs to kuzushi, leg hook calf to calf, pickup leg between your legs, step down when they start to fall, controlled descent (slight spiral) and open your hands.
Strategy: “Get them to the ground and burn their energy”.
