Double Ankle Pull Sweep From Guard Overview: Sometimes the BG will stand up in your guard and both feet are in reach. This is a great time to use the ankle pull sweep and get a mount.

Standard Variation:
Opponent stands up in your guard with his feet close to you. Grab his ankles and thrust your knees up into his chest. He will fall backwards. LEAN AND TURN TO THE SIDE (Don’t go up the middle), put your arm on the ground behind you, turn your knee out to the ground, grab his neck, lift your hips up, and climb to mount.
